Progression is Never Linear

We fetishise the breakthrough moment. The overnight success. The zero-to-one story.

But real progress is messy. It's two steps forward, one step back. It's long periods of nothing, then sudden jumps.

The recruiters who build great businesses don't have linear careers. They have setbacks, false starts, pivots. They stay in the game long enough for compound interest to work.

If you're in a dip right now, that's normal. Keep going.
